Mrs. L. Palmer: My lifelong goal and dream is to create an individual learning curricullum that fosters each child’s creativity and challenges them in a developmentally appropriate level. It is the goal and role of an educator to promote social, caring, competence, and educate children. I believe that our children come from various economic and social backgrounds. They need to be molded and guided throughout their adolescent years. It is my role as an educator to provide the children with positive appropriate experiences, so that learning can take place. Children need a positive, creative environment. They need hands on learning that evoke all of their senses. I believe that children should be able to satisfy their curiosity, and be free to explore the world. This experience will hopefully allow our children to dream BIG ! I have decided to commit my life in helping our children. It is my goal to educate our future generations so that they can be socially competent and educated adults that will eventually lead our world. I know that children learn best in a positive, supportive environment; Children will love to learn. I believe that teaching is my purpose in life.
